The Challenge
As the client’s platform grew, so did the complexity of their GCP infrastructure, which included critical components like VMs, GKE clusters, and various other services. To maintain high performance and meet the stringent security demands of their customers, they faced the need for a dedicated, expert team to monitor, manage, and secure their entire cloud environment around the clock.

Our Solution
Tivona partnered with the client to implement and manage a comprehensive 24/7 Network Operations Center (NOC) and Security Operations Center (SOC) on their GCP environment. Our solution was built on a foundation of proactive monitoring and rapid response:
- Unified Monitoring Platform: We established a centralized monitoring solution using Prometheus and Grafana, ingesting key metrics and logs from all infrastructure and application components. This provided real-time visibility into the health and performance of the entire platform.
- Proactive Security Intelligence: We integrated Splunk to collect and analyze security logs and events, setting up a system of automated alerts to detect potential threats and anomalous behavior.
- Dedicated 24×7 Team: We deployed a specialized team of experts to provide round-the-clock monitoring, investigation, and remediation of all alerts. This team was responsible for managing the full lifecycle of an incident, from initial alert to root cause analysis.
